Userpoint is the start-up company behind the website Twizzi
Twizzi is a website where the consumer can place a job that has to be done online and the workman or handyman can make an offer to accomplish it.
If you want to find someone for a fixing job or to realize a work, you can place it on Twizzi and a variety of craftsmen, handymen, workmen can make their best offer to accomplish it. Twizzi also offers a rating system of the chosen workmen to their consumers. This benefits both consumer and workers; consumers get a better idea of the quality of the workmen and workmen can use this as an independent reference and as free advertising to gain lots of extra work.
After the launch on the Belgian market, in september 2009, Twizzi became very fast a successful concept with a lot of mentions, articles, interviews in the Belgian press. Today Twizzi is the market leader in his kind. In 2010 Userpoint was funded with a capital of 175.000 euro to expand the capacities and rebuild the concept to be able to offer even more possibilities to the users.
